Hey, you know those kind of peculiar days when anything can happen? Days when you wake up and just know something different's coming your way and you're not sure if you're ready.
Yeah, those kind of days.
I had that kind of a day last month; a day when everything I did seemed to seep with an unknown truth, everything I thought had an aura of wonder around them. I concluded my usual morning routines with utmost care, making sure to brush my teeth cleaner than ever (if what was coming would turn out to be my sudden and unexplainable death, at least I'd leave with a breath as fresh as the morning dew.)

They were looking for a place where to find some info - a map of The City, some helpful officers, just about anything - when an amazing piece of graffiti had caught his interest. He'd always felt some sorta connection with all kinds of street art, and being the loud, outspoken brat that he is, he'd immediately voiced his approval of the work in question.
Sadly, the Busy Talking Adults had not agreed.
His sister had managed to save his hide by dragging him away, but the Adults, it seems, weren't that keen on letting them off easy and had called the police.

Last Friday a businessman (very busy businessman) got called to his bosss office. Once there, he asked:
- What is it now? I have calculations to make, the sales are rising, weve got to hurry!
- Calm down. I have something important to say.
- Well then, fire away!
- Well then, youre fired.
That was most unexpected.
- What! How can this be?
- I dont know, my friend. It just is.
- It cant be!
- Yes it can.
- You wouldnt!
- Yes I would.
- You wont, right?
- Yes, I will.
- I have an argument to make!
- I am your superior. Your argument is invalid.
- You cant do that!
- Yes, I can.

They've been walking for miles and miles throught the world, and finally there's a city. Lots of cars, lots of people, lots of business, stress and noise. They hear sirens, and then a police car speeds past them, no warning. They maneuver themselves to the sidewalk, but even there are speeders: young cyclers with no respect of others, very busy businessmen running from one stress to another, pushing bypassers outta their way, plain kids with nothing to do except annoying and shocking people. This is not at all like that calmer city they once knew. This is a Big City.
This is Mediopolis City.

Auli could not understand. His sister spent more time conversing with the eldery than fooling around with him. Of course his sister loved stories about ghosts, vampires and such, of course she wanted to know about supernatural phenomenoms, and of course she was interested in history of different places and people, but heck, those kind of things could be found in books! Two young tramps are seen, silently walking at fine pace, not looking at the same sight at all. In those frosty gray eyes you can see determination; she's going to walk this long, long road to that place and live to tell the tale to anyone passing by. They're back home.
Raoul is staring - precisely, staring - at his children. At first he thought that those two would want him to hug them - Daddy, daddy - and they would cry together, and everything would be fine, because daddy's here, we've got nothing to fear, daddy'll make all scary monsters go away. But no, they will not break down, they're not kids anymore. Those two stood tall, like twin trees in storm. Let the lightning strike, let the rain fall, they won't falter, oh, they will not.
He'd actually asked them if they'd be okay, and they made it clear that they were fine, damn fine, if you ask me. Just a little beating...

First of all, I'm sorry for being offline for this long. And then, sorry again for not being that productive during that time. Life decided to get in the way of my imagination.
Okay, back to business.
I assume that most of those who read this journal have seen Disney's Lion King, the story about little Simba, his hardships and growth to become the next king of Pridelands. It was my absolute 'number one' movie, when I was a kid. We didn't have a videoplayer, but we could watch it at uncle's. I ended up watching it every day.
I can't exactly define the 'part' about this movie that had me so enthralled; there were so many. The music was diffe
